Description

Elastic finish based on acrylic - styrene emulsions with internal plasticization.

Use

This product is suitable for the painting of concrete or asphalt tennis courts, bicycle paths or athletics tracks. When it is completely dried, it forms an elastic mantle that is resistant to the weather and to the abrasion.

Preparation of surfaces

Carry out an accurate cleaning by removing dust, all parts that are peeling off, grease and other contaminants. On substrates with old paints, prime with a coat of the product diluted to 30 %. On new substrates, primer with a coat of the product diluted to 40 %. Then apply a second coat diluted to 5 - 10 %.
The substrate must be dry; the presence of excessive humidity inside the substrate, during solar irradiation, can generate the formation of bubbles and the subsequent detachment of the coating.

Preparation of the product

Mix the product before the use.
For applications with a spatula, the product should not be diluted. Prime with a coat diluted with water to 40 %.
For applications with a roller, dilute the product with maximum 5 % of water.

Environmental conditions

Ambient temperature:                from + 5  to  40° C
Temperature of the support:       > 10° C
Humidity:                                    0 - 85 %
In order to prevent the formation of condensation, it is necessary that the temperature of the substrate is at least 3° C above the dew point.
